Role:  To act in a voluntary capacity as a Volunteer.
Duties:  The duties that you will be asked to undertake from time to time are set out below:
Retrieve and return the match ball to the relevant player.
To return the ball in good time without wasting game time.
To be alert and observant during the match, with your eyes on the ball.
Confidentiality
During the course of your duties, you will come across confidential information about the Club, its players and staff. You must respect this confidentiality and not use the information for your own benefit or disclose the information, except where required or permitted to do so by law.  You will not, therefore, during or after termination of your role as a volunteer, divulge or communicate to anyone (except to those of your colleagues whose province it is to know) or for your own purposes or for any purposes other than those of the Club; or through any failure to exercise all due care and diligence, cause any unauthorised disclosure of any secret, confidential or private information relating to the Club or its patrons.
Football Association, FAPL and FL Rules
You shall not knowingly do anything or omit to do anything which would cause the Club to be in breach of the Laws of the Game, the Rules of the Football Association, the Rules of the FA Premier League or the Football League Regulations.
You will abide by Rules of the Football Association (E1 – E7) pertaining to General Behaviour, Discrimination, Gifts and Rewards, Tickets and Betting, as set out in the Club Handbook, a copy of which is provided.
You will abide by the confidentiality requirements imposed upon this Club by the FA
Premier League as follows:
"A club shall not either during its membership of the League or at any time after its membership has terminated disclose or divulge either directly or indirectly to any person, firm or Club whatsoever or otherwise make use of any confidential information as to the business or finances of the League or any other matters which may come to its knowledge by reason of its membership without the Board's prior written consent save to such employees of a club to whom such disclosure is strictly necessary for the purpose of  their duties and only then to the extent so necessary."
You will ensure that you do not directly or indirectly, by your acts or omissions, place the Club in breach of the following League rules:
(a)          In all matters and transactions relating to The League each club shall behave towards other clubs and the League with the utmost good faith.
(b)          No club either by itself, its servants or agents shall by any means whatsoever unfairly criticise, disparage, belittle or discredit any other club or the League or in either case any of its directors, officers, employees or agents.
Data Protection
The Club will hold data about you for the purpose of administering your role.  The Club may disclose this data to third parties as part of administering their role or whenever it is required to do so by law.  You hereby authorise the Club to hold, process and disclose any sensitive personal data (as defined by Section 2 of the Data Protection Act 1998) it may reasonably require for this purpose.
