Premier League Kicks aims to positively impact those who live in high need areas and may be seen as having a low social-economic background and/or may be at risk of engaging in antisocial behaviours, youth violence or exclusion from school.

The programme intends to offer children opportunities to meet new people, create new experiences and memories as well as giving them opportunities to gain qualifications, offer volunteering and represent Ipswich Town Foundation at competitions and events.

Walking Football sessions at Portman Road aimed at people who are 55+. Walking Football is an adapted version of the sport aimed at those who can no longer participate in regular football.
